Outside, residents and families enjoy our inviting and lush courtyard and a spacious backyard adorned with beautiful garden beds. Our Care Services
Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Brentwood at Niles, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Memory Care Neighborhood
Our memory care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With a Memory Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.
Short-Term Respite Care
Temporary care is available for residents who may need assistance after a hospital or rehab stay, or when caregivers plan a vacation or just need some time to relax and recharge. You will receive all of the amenities and care that you need, but for a shorter, predetermined length of stay.

Life Enrichment
Our Life Enrichment Programming puts your passions front and center! Crafted around resident input, it ensures the well-being of our residents by addressing the mind, body, and soul.
Through weekly outings to local restaurants, shopping trips, and outdoor activities, residents cultivate meaningful relationships while staying connected to the local community of Niles. This afternoon, it was a touching sight to deliver handwritten letters from so many wonderful people who were inspired by Carol H.’s incredible wish.
For those who may not know, Carol H. enjoyed an unforgettable day on September 29th 2025 at Wrigley Field with her daughter, Karen, and her nephew, cheering on her beloved Chicago Cubs. Thanks to Wish of a Lifetime, she not only got to support the team she has loved for so many years, but also experienced unforgettable VIP moments, including stepping onto the field, watching the players practice, and enjoying a special stadium tour. Brentwood at Niles is truly grateful to Wish of a Lifetime for helping make Carol’s dream come true.
