Our Care Services
Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Brentwood at Niles, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Memory Care Neighborhood
Our memory care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With a Memory Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.
Short-Term Respite Care
Temporary care is available for residents who may need assistance after a hospital or rehab stay, or when caregivers plan a vacation or just need some time to relax and recharge. You will receive all of the amenities and care that you need, but for a shorter, predetermined length of stay.

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open and donations for the Brentwood at Niles team as we join together to support and raise awareness in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s will take place on Saturday, September 26th 2026. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m., followed by Opening Ceremonies at 11:00 a.m.
We look forward to walking together once again for this meaningful cause.
